Catch of the Day SQ
Our “Catch of the Day” is served with only fresh fish, which is pole and line caught and delivered daily from our local harbours. This means the fish options will change on a regular basis. Some of our favourites are Kingklip, Yellowtail, Silverfish, Angelfish & Dorado, among others.
Currently being served, glazed in miso, soy & honey, served on a bed of fresh cucumber & courgetti strings, mint, edamame beans & wilted baby spinach, topped with a lime, ginger & soy dressing.
